Each piece is a unique one of a kind creation.

Because they are handmade they each vary slightly and are not all exactly identical.

All products listed are made from boroscilicate glass.

Shipping Policy

Once an order is received, if items are in stock, they will be sent out as soon as possible. If item is made to order please allow up to 2 weeks prior to shipping. Tracking information will be sent as soon as item has shipped.

Damage/Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Did your loop break off of a pendant?

• Due to it's nature, it's no shocker that glass can break! Please email: hhglassart@gmail.com or send us a contact form and we will work with you on repairs.

Returns

There is 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including any other elements included in the package (eg. stickers, thank you cards etc.) You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase and return shipping is not included.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Product Warning

Some products contain small parts which may present hazards to children. It is your responsibility (as the buyer) to ensure the products purchased are only used by responsible adults.

If you have any allergies or are in any way concerned that a product containing metal or metal variants may potentially cause you or others who may be exposed to the product harm in any way, do not order.
